Ordering
Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed once we have checked your payment and you see the status change to “Payment confirmed”. We may decline an order if a gift is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our reach, or if a payment cannot be verified.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include the gift as described. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Orders are full advance: you transfer the total yourself and upload the receipt. No card details are ever entered on this website.
Handmade items
Every gift is made by hand, so small differences from the photographs are normal and are part of the charm. Fresh flowers are arranged with the best blooms available on the day; if a specific flower is unavailable we substitute something of equal or better quality and keep the colour palette.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect them. Please give us the full address and a phone number that will be answered.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order moves to “Being wrapped”. Once a gift is being made — or for anything personalised — it can no longer be cancelled.
