Where we deliver
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted couriers. Rawalpindi and Islamabad also get our own same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm.
How long it takes
Ready gifts: 1–2 working days. Custom hampers and personalised letters: 3–5 working days so they are made properly. Fresh flower arrangements are made on the morning of delivery.
Delivery charges
The charge for your city is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over the free-delivery amount ship free.
Choosing a date
Pick your delivery date at checkout and we will plan around it. For a specific date, please order at least two days ahead.
Tracking
Once your gift is on its way you will see the courier and tracking number on your order page, and we send it on WhatsApp too.
If nobody is home
The courier will try to call. Please make sure the phone number on the order is switched on. Undelivered gifts are returned to us and re-delivery may be charged.
